Last April 2, Alabang Commercial Corporation, a joint venture between Ayala Land Inc. and the Madrigal family, recently broke ground for the first office building in the Alabang Town Center complex. The ATC Corporate Center will be an 11-storey state- of-the-art facility that will add approximately 18,000 sqm of Gross Leasable Area to address the growing demand for office space in Alabang and around 280 parking slots to the complex.
